Terms & Conditions
To ensure a refined, high-integrity experience for every client, all bookings are subject to the following terms, policies, and professional standards.
1. Nature of Services — Premium Insight & Spiritual Guidance
Tracy St. Croi provides executive-level psychic, mediumship, mentoring, and intuitive strategy sessions designed to support personal clarity, business alignment, spiritual development, and conscious decision-making.
These services are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and are not a substitute for licensed professional care. Your session is a premium personal-insight experience, and outcomes vary based on individual openness, readiness, and participation. No specific results are guaranteed.
2. Client Responsibility & High-Integrity Agreement
By booking a session, you acknowledge that all choices, actions, and decisions remain solely your own.
You understand that Tracy St. Croi LLC assumes no liability for interpretations, decisions, or outcomes arising from your session. This agreement reflects the high-integrity, luxury standard upheld with all private clients.
3. Scheduling & Respect for Time
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
To honor mutual respect and scheduling integrity:
• Please arrive on time, sober, centered, and prepared to begin.
• Sessions begin and end promptly at the scheduled time to respect all clients.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their session shortened without rate reduction or time extension.
4. Cancellation Policy — Premium Appointment Standards
To maintain a high-quality experience and limited availability, the following cancellation policy applies:
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the session
A 30% cancellation fee applies.
• No-shows
Sessions missed without notice are treated as late cancellations and incur a 50% fee.
This policy preserves the integrity of Tracy’s limited scheduling availability.
5. Rescheduling — Courtesy Accommodation
As a courtesy, clients may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Additional rescheduling requests may not be accommodated due to high demand and limited session availability.
6. Emergency Sessions — Concierge-Level Access
Emergency sessions are offered at a premium rate and reserved for situations requiring immediate intuitive insight.
Due to their priority nature, all emergency sessions are non-refundable.
7. Client Conduct — A Sacred, Professional Space
Tracy St. Croi maintains a protected, professional, and energetically clear environment.
Sessions may be ended immediately, without refund, if a client:
• Is under the influence of alcohol or substances
• Engages in disrespectful, disruptive, inappropriate, harassing, or bullying behavior
• Acts in any way that interferes with the quality or integrity of the session
This policy ensures a safe and elevated experience for all clients.
8. Privacy & Recording
All sessions are strictly confidential.
Tracy works with high-profile professionals, executives, and public figures and holds privacy as a core professional value. Recording of sessions is permitted only with Tracy’s explicit prior approval. This protects both the client and the practitioner.
9. Session Attendance
Only the individual(s) approved at the time of booking may attend the session.
10. Payment Agreement
Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
By completing your booking, you authorize Tracy St. Croi LLC to charge all applicable fees, including cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
11. Governing Law
All services and agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within Texas jurisdiction.
